Every fee, what it covers, and what it costs.
Six ways to work with us. Two of them are add-ons to the others. Fixed prices are published here; retainers depend on market and scope and are quoted after the free fit check.
Fit check
FreeAnswer within 24 hoursYou describe the product and where you want to sell it. We tell you whether a commercially viable route exists — and when it doesn't, we say that instead of selling you a report.
No payment details required. Roughly one in four fit checks ends with us recommending you don't proceed yet.
- Initial read on demand for your category in your target markets
- Whether partner coverage exists for your territory today
- A recommendation on which package fits, or none
Market Entry Review
€9007 days · one-offAn assessment of up to 25 pages of your export readiness in the markets you name. Every factual claim is tied to a cited source; where confirmed data could not be found, the report declares the gap rather than filling it with an assumption.
You receive a readiness rating (A–D), a Go / Prepare / Pause recommendation, and a 90-day plan that separates what AGROO does from what only you can do.
- Readiness assessed twice: on substance, and on evidence a buyer's auditor can verify
- Tariff position and trade-preference check for up to three markets
- Buyer segment mapping with match strength and reasoning
- Logistics analysis and documentation gap list
- Named buyer candidates with the public source for each, and honest confidence levels
- 90-day action plan in three lanes with gates between stages
What you pay: €900 once. No retainer, no percentage, no obligation to continue.
Buyer Development
On request3 months minimum · one marketA territory partner works your market on your behalf. This is where advice ends and representation starts: qualification calls, tender handling, sample coordination, MOQ negotiation and sustained pressure on stalled deals.
The partner speaks your buyer's language, sits in their time zone, and is measured on conversations that move — not on emails sent.
- Buyer and distributor discovery in your category
- Qualification calls and negotiations conducted in your name
- Tender and RFQ handling
- Sample coordination and follow-through
- Written partner reports in AGROO's CRM — weekly, and daily while a deal is live — visible to you
What you pay: a monthly retainer, quoted after the free fit check. We take no percentage of your sales.
Market Entry Infrastructure
On request3 months minimumEverything in Buyer Development, plus the operational layer around it: documentation, customs classification, incoterms and payment structure, compliance files, and coordination of the first qualification shipment end to end.
This is the package for manufacturers who have never exported to the target market and need the whole apparatus, not just the buyer.
- All Buyer Development activity
- HS/HTS classification dossier per product type
- Customs broker appointment and shipping document templates
- Compliance file preparation for the destination market
- Incoterms, MOQ and payment-terms structuring
- First qualification shipment coordinated end to end
What you pay: a monthly retainer, quoted after the free fit check. We take no percentage of your sales.
Global Rollout
Not currently soldOpens once the territory partner network is in placeFor manufacturers who need presence in several markets at once rather than one after another. It starts with a single strategic analysis across all target countries, then runs a partner team in each of them in parallel.
The per-country fee covers the partner's cost in that market — and in larger territories there may be more than one. The objective is written into the engagement: reach the shipment volumes agreed at the start.
- One strategic analysis covering every target country, charged once
- A dedicated territory partner in each market
- Parallel buyer development across all countries
- Single point of coordination and one consolidated report
- Cross-market comparison so budget moves to where response is real
Exclusivity
retainer ×1.5 and aboveAdd-on · one territory × one categoryAnswering the question every manufacturer asks first: will you represent my competitor? With exclusivity, no — not in that territory, for that product category, for as long as the agreement holds.
The category is pinned to a 4-digit HS code so there is nothing to argue about later. The multiplier starts at 1.5× the retainer and rises with scope — a single market is not the same work as exclusive representation across every major marketplace worldwide.
- One territory × one product category, defined by HS code
- Full team focus on maximising your volume in that market
- Requires a minimum closed-deal volume over 6 months, set with you and written into the contract
- If the minimum is not met, exclusivity is withdrawn on 30 days' notice and a compensation clause applies
MOQ and buyer aggregation
Structured per caseAdd-onWhen your minimum order quantity is larger than any single buyer in the market wants to take, we aggregate demand across several buyers into one shipment — so a viable order exists where none did individually.
- Demand consolidated across multiple buyers in one territory
- Shared container economics, allocation and documentation
- Feasibility confirmed per product before it is offered — not every category consolidates
Terms worth knowing before you talk to us.
- Minimum engagement is 3 months. Buyer qualification cycles are longer than one month; a shorter term would bill you for work that cannot finish.
- Buyers pay you directly. AGROO never takes title to goods and carries no inventory risk.
- Your data stays yours. Buyer contacts introduced to you are yours to keep. Partner correspondence lives in AGROO's CRM so it survives any personnel change.
- Non-circumvention: 12 months. It applies only to buyers recorded in our CRM on the date of introduction — never to buyers you found yourself.
- Sanctions and export controls apply. Where trade is restricted, we decline the engagement rather than take the retainer.
