Our reports
A Market Entry Review is prepared for the client who commissioned it and is confidential to them. The sample report published on this site has been anonymised with the client’s identity and buyer contact list removed. You may read and share the sample; you may not present it as your own work or as an assessment of any real company.
Sanctions and export controls
AGROO operates under EU law. We decline engagements where trade would breach applicable sanctions or export-control regulations, and we screen before accepting a retainer rather than afterwards.
Intellectual property
The content, design and report templates on this site belong to AGROO Material you send us remains yours; we use it only to perform the engagement.
Liability
We take care that everything we publish is accurate at the time of writing, but we do not warrant that the website is error-free or continuously available. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by that engagement’s contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction are set in the engagement contract signed for each piece of work. Until that contract exists, nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
